Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with RetainerBase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for the one-time founding-member purchase.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

No-questions-asked refund within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with RetainerBase for any reason, request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. We will refund the full $99 to your original payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@retainerbase.ai with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your RetainerBase account
  • Your Stripe receipt or purchase date (helpful but not required)
  • Optional: a brief note on what didn’t work for you (helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 additional business days depending on your card issuer.

3. After the 30-Day Window

After the 30-day window, all payments are final. We do not issue partial refunds or prorated credits for unused time, as this is a lifetime-access product.

If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us at hello@retainerbase.ai before requesting a refund — we’re happy to help resolve problems.

4. Service Discontinuation

If RetainerBase is permanently discontinued and you purchased within the preceding 12 months, we will offer a prorated refund based on the remaining months in a standard 12-month period from your purchase date. We will provide at least 60 days’ advance notice of any service shutdown.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We are always willing to resolve payment disputes directly and quickly.
