RetainerBase (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies solely to operate the application. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics that follow you across the web.
What cookies we use
We use session cookies set by Supabase, our authentication provider. These cookies are strictly necessary — without them you cannot sign in or use the dashboard.

We do not place any third-party cookies on your device. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking tool. No data about your browsing is sold or shared with advertisers.
Cookies are required to use the app
Because we only use strictly necessary authentication cookies, you cannot opt out of cookies and continue to use the RetainerBase application. If you block cookies in your browser you will not be able to sign in.
The public client portal pages your clients visit (/p/…) do not require cookies.
Third-party services
Stripe processes payments when you or your clients check out. Stripe may set its own cookies during the checkout flow on its hosted pages (checkout.stripe.com). Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s cookie policy, not ours.
Governing law
This Cookie Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
